You are are doing: At the moment, jim is concentrating on checking books for mention of the KARN. He's sorting books as he goes through the library's pile of translated books into three categories, KARN-related, Concern-related, and miscellaneous. He is also doing his best to scan the books into the Astolpho's file system once translated so he can check more quickly for KARN-cross reference, or unnamed scourges with a similar profile to the KARN as described in the following passages from the book already found by vesper.

*The book details the war against the KARN by the man (whose name is never said but he refers to himself as a term translated loosely to the Designated Survivor) and their research about what the KARN are and what can be done to stop them. A great many pages are torn out of the book, but the thought is that the KARN are somehow a galaxy or maybe even cluster-sized living computer*
